We work with Global Business Services firms in search of new delivery locations in Africa. We conduct research into cost structures, labour pools, infrastructure, real estate, local governance, and regulations. And we can provide connections to government counterparts and relevant development partners. We can assist with impact sourcing portfolios (see country profiles).
We work with development partners and foundations in conducting research into the future of work in Africa’s AI-enabled services industries. We draft and publish our findings for policy makers, an academic readership, and for a wider public. We also advise development partners directly, e.g. in identifying their own roles in the AI training landscape in partner countries (if you are interested in this aspect, check our online course).
We work with global think tanks, universities, and foundations on conducting research into the future of work in Africa. We submit all our work to academic peer review. Where possible we make our publications freely accessible online. This link to academia helps us apply new research methods and makes our work transparent. This makes it easy for others to build on our findings (see publications).
