Our research and consultancy work helps decision-makers navigate and capitalise on major changes shaping the global landscape. Europe is currently experiencing labour shortages, while Africa faces widespread underemployment. At the same time, broadband Internet connectivity has expanded significantly across Africa, creating new opportunities for digital participation. Generative AI is reshaping the world of work, and new types of digital services are emerging as a result. Many of these services can now be performed by young Africans and exported to Europe, bridging gaps in labour while fostering growth and innovation across both regions.
AI Workshops, AI trainings, AI lectures
As generative Artificial Intelligence changes the nature of work, the demand for new tasks and new jobs emerges. Our hands-on curriculum supports firms and workers in acquiring AI literacy and the skills necessary to remain competitive in the AI era. We offer day-long in-person workshops and hackathons, as well as online trainings and seminars on safe AI usage and compliance with the EU AI Act. Our participants gain AI literacy in accordance with Article 4 of the EU AI Act.
