Become a Manager of Artificial Intelligence
As you learn to Speak with Aliens
As Artificial Intelligence (AI) gets better, we all need to keep educating ourselves on how it can help us innovate and solve problems. At MeliaCRED, we facilitate AI workshops, hackathons, and seminars to support companies and their employees to stay AI literate as the technology advances.
Our AI training service: The core of our training consists of three pillars:
- Building best-practice AI solutions with you that are relevant for your business.
- Conveying a practical understanding of the risks and benefits involved in growing reliance on AI
- Helping you internalize compliance with the EU AI Act.

The story has shifted: from access to control
In 2023 the question was how to get access to AI. In 2026 the leaders we train ask a different one: who controls it? Teams are shifting to open-source models they can run on their own terms, keeping their data, their prompts and their hard-won know-how in the house. Palantir’s Alex Karp put it bluntly on CNBC this July:
“What the technical customers want is control over their compute, their models, their data stack and their alpha. They want to know they own the means of production. It’s not being transferred to someone else.”
— Alex Karp, Palantir CEO, July 2026
That is why our menu now runs from your team’s first productive hour with AI all the way to agents, open models, local use and your own AI infrastructure, including a dedicated Open Source AI workshop and a practical EU AI Act & GDPR format.

Featured Workshops
We offer three types of AI training: lectures, one-day workshops, and six-week courses

37 minutes of pondering Alien News
These light-hearted talks cover the state of the art in AI, always up to date (no two talks are ever the same), and highly interactive. We cover the latest problems in AI deployment and regulatory hurdles on global AI governance. We challenge listeners to think through crucial societal trade-offs. This can be tailored to the audience and fits well as a lunch seminar or conference keynote. After this session, participants will be up to date on the latest regulatory compliance issues, may have gotten a laugh, and will have access to the highest-quality resources on the state of the art in AI.

8 hours of working with Alien language models
The intensive one-day workshop is not for the faint-hearted. No technical prerequisites or AI knowledge are required to participate. But the day takes on a life of its own as participants build solutions to problems from their own organisations or ecosystems. This format works well as a private workshop (15 participants) and as an ecosystem hackathon (150 participants). After this day, participants will know the strengths and weaknesses of the leading 7-8 generative AI models; will have built a prototype, relevant to their own work; will understand why language models can be dangerous to users and how to safeguard against this; and will thus be eligible for our 6-week agent builder course.

42 days of deploying Alien Agents
The weekly night school builds on our one-day workshops and takes an iterative deep dive. Each session builds on the previous one, conveying knowledge that participants will practice in their respective fields of expertise between sessions. We build Alien agents together. We don’t dump agents on participants and their organisations. We empower participants to understand how to build, deploy, and adjust AI agents at work. On the days between sessions, participants try out their agents as we iteratively improve them each week. After this course, participants will be able to wield real-world AI change-makers – aliens that will catapult organisations into a new way of working. If this sounds interesting to you, please connect with us for a free discovery call.
